Editorial standards & privacy

Southern Highlands Living is an independent community guide. It is not the Southern Highlands HOA, the golf club, a government agency, or an MLS listing service.

Sources and dates

Organizer pages are the primary source for events. Official community and government resources support our location, park, school and ownership guides. A review date describes when a particular source or article was checked—not a guarantee that all related information remains current.

Weekly issues are dated archives. Confirm hours, availability, rules, fees and event details directly before acting. Market methodology is not a current market report; we publish figures only with a defined period, geography, sample and source.

Photography and reviews

Credited local photographs are identified where used. Uncredited stock images illustrate architecture or lifestyle and are not evidence of a specific property, restaurant, neighborhood boundary, or available listing. Restaurant review summaries link to their original platforms and are not reviews submitted by our readers.

Usage measurement

Our first-party measurement counts page visits and resource actions in daily totals. We do not store names, email addresses, search text, calculator values, document contents, IP addresses, cookies, or persistent visitor identifiers in these totals. Counts represent actions, not unique people, and can include bots. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.
