The sample marks all six topic groups “Located,” including “Reserves + litigation.” That last result appears even though the sentence says “No litigation.” The scanner checks words, not their meaning.

Read the flags as a reading checklist

Paste searchable text from one document at a time and keep its title, date and page references in your own notes. “Located” means at least one keyword matched within a topic group; it does not mean every topic in that group appears. “Not located” means no keyword matched, not that the issue is absent. The tool does not extract amounts, quote clauses, judge risk or compare versions.

Turn a flag into a verified answer

Find the passage in the original document, read surrounding language and amendments, then record your question and source page. Ask the association or manager to confirm current charges and procedures in writing. Ask your insurer about coverage and deductibles, title or escrow about recorded obligations and closing items, and a qualified attorney about ambiguous restrictions, legal rights or disputes.

Remove names, account numbers and other unnecessary personal information before pasting. The scanner runs in your browser and does not submit the pasted text for analysis. Inputs remain only for the current page session; print or save the page if you need your working notes.
