The name on a listing is not an association boundary.

The HOA describes Southern Highlands’ general boundaries as I-15, Cactus, Jones, and St. Rose Parkway, but explicitly notes that some parcels inside that area are outside the association. Its FAQ calls these out parcels.

Practical takeaway: proximity to a Southern Highlands park or a Southern Highlands mailing description does not, by itself, establish association membership or resident reservation privileges. The HOA’s parks page says complimentary pavilion reservations are available to Southern Highlands Community Association residents for gatherings of fewer than 100 people. Non-reserved areas remain available to the public, and unreserved facilities are first-come, first-served.
